Silent piling uses a hydraulic press-in machine (the Giken Silent Piler) to push piles into the ground rather than hammering them. It produces virtually no noise or ground vibration, making it ideal for sites near occupied buildings, MRT lines, hospitals and other sensitive structures.
Using our Combi Gyro F302 and high-power vibro systems, we can install piles through hard strata up to SPT N-value 100 — conditions where conventional press-in or driving methods typically stall.
